The workshop covers (subject to change)

• data processing and scaling
  • introduction to DIALS, new dataprocessing program and framework
  • use of imosflm and aimless for scaling
• experimental phasing
• molecular replacement
  • including pipelines mrbump, ample and balbes
• refinement using refmac5
  • including the use of external restraints and the monomer library
• model building
  • using automated pipelines arp/warp, buccaneer etc
  • manual model building using COOT
• the use of coot
• introduction to the new CCP4 interface (CCP4i2)
• PDB_REDO for model completion and validation

A more detailed pdf program. Lectures will be about 45 mintues long, starting from 9am. There will be problem solving and tutorials in the afternoons and evenings. Students are encouraged to bring their own data.
