installations

installing blochwave

To install blochwave in developer mode do :

git clone https://github.com/ccp4/electron-diffraction
./install.sh

in src/user.mk make sure OPT64NGNU is selected to compile with gfortran

running the jupyter-notebooks ED-studies

This will clone the ED_studies repo and, create a virtual environement and launch jupyterlab

git clone https://github.com/ccp4/ED_studies
./install.sh
source .env/bin/activate
jupyter-lab

installing and running edly

git clone https://github.com/ccp4/edly
./install.sh
./serve
