The Section of Structural Biology in the Laboratory of Cell Biology, Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute, NIH has an opening for a Postdoctoral
Fellow with a recent Ph.D. This individual will be working on “structure and function of proteins involving in cancer drug resistance “.
  Our group is equipped with start-of-the-art
instruments for carrying out molecular and cellular biology experiments and has assured access to a synchrotron beam line at APS and to an intramural EM facility equipped with an FEI Krios microscope and Gatan K3 detector
.
The successful candidate should have training in molecular biology, biochemistry, and protein purification for target protein production.
Experience in cryo-EM and/or X-ray crystallography is a plus.
