The Fitzpatrick lab at Columbia’s Zuckerman Institute in NYC has multiple openings for associate research scientists ($100K salary), postdoctoral research associates ($80K salary), and technicians ($60K salary) to join an exciting cryo-electron tomography research program dedicated to imaging neurons, glia, and human brain tissue through the development of an ultrafast laser phase plate (fitzpatrick-lab.org/pulsed-laser-phase-plate) funded by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (Frontiers of Imaging program) and the NIH.

 

The successful candidates will have access to state-of-the-art instrumentation (fitzpatrick-lab.org/equipment) in a dynamic lab environment. Subsidized housing will be provided by Columbia University.
