My group at the University of Oxford is seeking a postdoc for work on E3 ubiquitin ligases as part of a 5 year EU IMI2 consortium project “EUbOpen”, which aims to develop chemical inhibitors and protac handles for novel E3 ubiquitin ligases. The post will involve working with E3 proteins to solve crystal structures, develop biochemical and biophysical assays and screen small molecule compounds.
