We are looking to recruit a motivated and creative postdoc to join our lab at the University of Edinburgh to study the molecular mechanisms underlying mammalian circadian rhythmicity.

 

The Crosby Lab uses a combination of cell biology, protein biochemistry, and structural biology approaches to uncover fundamental circadian mechanisms. We are extremely well-resourced in Edinburgh, with an in-house Glacios 2 with Falcon 4i direct detector,
as well as specialist technologists for the cryoEM, X-ray crystallography, and proteomic facilities thanks to the support of the Wellcome-funded Discovery Research Platform for Hidden Cell Biology. We also benefit from access to facilities for protein biophysics,
the Scottish High Field NMR centre, and the fantastic facilities available in the UK for crystallography at the Diamond Light Source.
