The Section of Structural and Synthetic Biology at Imperial, London, invites expressions of interest from outstanding researchers aiming to establish independent research groups through external Fellowship schemes.

We welcome applicants whose work involves structural biology in any of its diverse forms.

Our Section offers excellent structural biology infrastructure, including routine access to a Glacios microscope with Selectris energy filter and Falcon 4 detector, a Titan Krios with K3 detector, a CLEM/FIB-SEM suite with
Stellaris 5 and Aquilos 2, and dedicated GPU processing cluster.

Imperial College is consistently ranked among the world’s leading universities and is located in the heart of London. Our Section has a strong track record of supporting successful Fellowship applications, including through
schemes from the Wellcome Trust, EPSRC, and MRC.
