A postdoctoral position is available at the Andersson lab, Umeå University, Sweden.

We focus on membrane protein structural biology to understand heart disease and antimicrobial resistance. This project is based on cryo-EM characterization – but we also use time-resolved X-ray solution scattering and
MD simulations within the group. We have several ongoing projects and membrane protein production protocols are in place also for nanodisc insertion. The focus will be structural characterization by cryo-EM and development of time-resolved cryo-EM.
