A call for a Principal Researcher position is
available in the Horizon Europe – ERA Chair Group of Structural Biology and
Drug Development lead by Prof. Hartmut Luecke (Cryo EM@NOVA, at the UCIBIO Research Unit from the NOVA School of Science and Technology).

A competitive candidate will have:

·     
a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry,
chemistry, molecular biology or a related area

·     
a highly motivated individual
with a strong track record and demonstrated experience in setting up a cryo EM
laboratory;

·     
knowledge of protein
purification and biophysical and biochemical characterization of proteins and
protein complexes, preferably including membrane proteins is required.

The Principal Researcher will assume the
position of Leader of Research Team and play a leading role in implementing and
coordinating the CryoEM@NOVA project funded by Horizon Europe!
