The main scope of the project is to document the binding site, orientation and mode of action of new peptidic effectors of a ligand-gated ionic channel, using TEM

Reliable experience in
expression/purification/biophysical characterization
of soluble/membrane proteins and their complexes and in electron microscopy is mandatory.
