one PhD Position is available in our lab (http://research.hsr.it/en/divisions/immunology-transplantation-and-infectious-diseases/biocrystallography.html) to
use an integrated structural biology approach to study the role of B-cell receptors in different forms of leukaemia and lymphomas. Goal of the project is the characterization of the structure of BCRs from hematological malignancies using X-ray crystallography
and cryoEM to guide the identification of compounds that can antagonize the pathogenic BCR-mediated signaling. Lead compounds will be validated in vitro, as well as in cellular models to assess their effect on proliferation.
