Halic lab is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic postdoctoral candidate interested in cryo-EM of chromatin complexes. Strong background in molecular cloning, expression, and purification of protein complexes is essential. Experience in X-ray crystallography or single particle cryo-EM would be a plus but not required.
The successful applicant will join a vibrant community at Department of Structural Biology, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which provides access to state-of-the-art integrated structural approaches comprising cryo-electron microscopy and tomography (Titan Krios, Talos Arctica and Talos L120C ), X-ray crystallography and biomolecular NMR.
