This is the latest development version of Buccaneer. 'buccaneer' performs statistical chain tracing by identifying connected alpha-carbon positions using a likelihood-based density target. More information is available from the Buccaneer development website. Installation bundles for Linux/Mac are available through the links below. Only Linux version is supported.
