Listing of GNU Software in the CCP4 suite
The following lists the GNU Software referred to by the
CCP4 licence, and which forms a part of the CCP4 distribution.
This list is valid for release 6.0 of the CCP4 suite. New lists
will be presented here for later releases of the CCP4 suite.
Definitions:
- LGPLv3
- means the
modified GPLv3 licence together with the additional permissions of the
LGPLv3 licence.
- LGPLv2
- means the GNU
Lesser General Public Licence, Version 2.1, a copy of
which forms Appendix A of the CCP4 licence agreement.
- GPLv2
- means the GNU
General Public Licence, Version 2, a copy of
which forms Appendix B of the CCP4 licence agreement.
LGPLv3 software
- The CCP4 software library distributed under $CCP4/lib/src, including the
MMDB software library in $CCP4/lib/src/mmdb
- The CCIF software library distributed under $CCP4/lib/ccif
LGPLv2 software
- The regular expression library, distributed under $CCP4/lib/regex
GPLv2 software
- BP3 program, distributed under $CCP4/src/bp3_
- CHOOCH application
- GSL libraries, distributed with Chooch
- COOT application
- CRANK suite, distributed under $CCP4/ccp4i/crank
- ROTGEN application, distributed at $CCP4/x-windows/Rotgen
- ROTGEN libraries distributed under $CCP4/x-windows/libjwc
- TOPDRAW application, distributed under $CCP4/ccp4i/topdraw/topdraw.tcl
