Dear prospective PhD students,

Ten competitive PhD fellowship are available at the Centro Nacional de Biotecnologia in Madrid, Spain (www.cnb.csic.es).

explains how to apply, although the limit is NOT 13 Feb 2011 as the website states, but 24 March!
