CCP4 Study Weekend - January 2015

We cordially invite you to participate in this year's Study Weekend at East Midlands Conference Centre, University of Nottingham. Once again, we have put together an exciting scientific programme for Thursday and Friday, either side of the traditional conference dinner. Please also check out the satellite meetings which may be of interest. The Study Weekend is a chance to catch up with old friends, but is also a chance to meet the CCP4 staff who will be there in force to demonstrate the latest software and to answer questions - please say hello!

This year, the topic for the Study Weekend is "Advances in Experimental Phasing". In keeping with previous CCP4 meetings, the lectures will focus on the presentation and discussion of advanced methods and techniques developed and used by the leaders in the field.

Registration Fee

We will operate a two-tiered registration fee, which benefits those who register early! The registration fee includes all meals during the conference, including the conference dinner on Thursday evening at the East Midlands Conference Centre. Accommodation is an additional cost. All students are eligable for a standard bursary which covers the cost of registration plus one night accommodation in halls.

Register between 8 September and 24 November - the fee is £210

Register between 25 November and 14 December - the fee is £260

Important - cancellation policy!!

In previous years, we have had to bear the brunt of paying for many people who cancelled at the last minute.  Due to strict cancellation policy within EMCC, this year we are introducing a cancellation policy.  Cancellations after 30 November 2014 will not be refunded and payment will still be requested for anybody who has not paid by that date, but cancels after it. Places will be able to be transferred to other people.

Please visit the pages regularly where updated information on talks, abstracts and the programme can be found.
