CCP4 note: CCP4 have licenced the FFTW software from MIT for
distribution with CCP4. CCP4 users do NOT need any additional
licences to use FFTW or any programs based on it. 

However, CCP4 users do not have the right to re-distribute this
version of FFTW or program binaries that include it. Anyone who
wishes to do this should obtain the GPL version of FFTW, or
get a commercial licence from MIT.
