Made the changes necessary to move this to a new repository, now works

Added setup script, program which will work through the contents of $CBIN
looking for programs which are missing shared libraries and a launcher
script. This will need some more work before it is completely working,
as well as a launch script for win32.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
