Alternative version of symop.lib from Eleanor. Main differences are:
1. Reordering the spacegroups (so spgp no.s > 230 appear at the end)
2. Addition of an "expanded" name for the spacegroup at the end of each
header line (for spgp no.s >= 47)
Also some minor errors in symop.lib have been corrected.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
