Overview

This is the website for the CCP4 automation project HAPPy (Heavy Atom Phasing in Python). This project was previously known as PyChart.

HAPPy will perform experimental phasing using heavy atom data, i.e. SAD, MAD, MIR and MIRAS. It will replace and extend the capabilities of Chart. HAPPy is currently under development.
